Yes, every question, concern or hiccup was explained in detail until I was confident I understood what had been explained/what was happening/what I needed to do.

Yes, I had everything explained to me in a very detailed way. It was not overwhelming and very question was answered very quickly.

Yes! I can't believe that out of all the things we had to do in order to get the loan handled, I had a valuable ally to help me understand what I had to do. I was updated, comfortable to ask questions.
