James Pugliese

Jim spent 17 years in the hospitality business where service was first and foremost. However, when he and his wife were having their first child he decided to make a total career change. In March of 2003 Jim joined DML Mortgage where he started originating Loans. He left DML in June of 2014 to explore working with Corporate in the mortgage business. He rejoined DML in February of 2016. In more than 13 years since his transition he has a very successful network of business through word of mouth, referrals and repeat business. His focus of business range from residential purchases and refinance, Renovation loans, Reverse mortgage, FHA/VA, & Commercial. Jim especially enjoys working with First Time Home Buyers, because he likes to teach them the mortgage process as they go so they feel more comfortable purchasing their dream home.

Jim is married with 3 children and is very active in the community.
